It was meant to be a normal gathering. It doesn't matter now if it was meant to be just a hang-out or a wild party. There's a monster after you, getting rid of you one by one. And only one can make it out alive. But your end doesn't mean the end of the story. The monster reappears, again and again, years apart. Will you find a way to stop it once and for all, or will each and every single one of you succumb to it with no tale to tell?

Final: Sole Survivor is a horror-themed tabletop role-playing game for a group of players. Your characters are in an isolated location, pursued by a supernatural monster that's killing them one after another. Use a combination of your qualities, skills, and equipment to figure out how to stop it before it's too late. The second page of the ruleset found in its PDF is made up of optional tables, and some minor guidelines on how one could run this game in the long term, but the game is entirely playable with just its first page.

Requirements: 2d6, paper, and some writing implement such as a pencil.

This game is an overhaul of my former attempt at the same concept that I wrote nearly four years ago called Slasher Oneshot System. The changes go beyond just the core die-rolling mechanic and the creation of characters who are not just high schoolers. My main focus was expanding the game beyond a oneshot to allow for a serialized form of play. Some inspiration was taken from Runehack: Fairy Heist and another tiny system I wrote earlier this year as proof of concept.

Hey! Sorry for taking a bit longer, there were some complications along the way. It's up now, and as far as I can tell it should be fine. Do tell me if it's good, it's the first time someone requested a printer-friendly version of my game. :) Thank you!

Just printed it, its great! Thanks 😀

Hello Proph. I loved reading through your rpg and featured it on my youtube channel. It was a really cool game concept and it did catch my eye.

Thank you for sharing it this year in RPG Jam 2023.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this! Thank you, Blerdy! I'm glad you liked my game enough to feature it in your video :)

Of course, I love slasher films and it was a good read through so I am glad. Thank you for creating the game!
