Welcome to the court! The negotiations between the two kingdoms have begun, and you are some of their representatives. Monarchs accompanied by their nobles and servants will seek out ways of getting the resources they need, while also digging up dirt on each other. Though you must admit, playing dirty yourself can get you places too. Theft, murder, affairs, and libel might be immoral, but who cares as long as others won't find out, right? ... they're not gonna find out, are they?

About the Game

Requirements: a deck of cards, some tokens, slips of paper (index cards work too), and a pen/pencil

In this tabletop role-playing game, the players plot against each other to achieve their own goals. Don't let the fact that they belong to two opposing kingdoms fool you — what truly drives each character onward is only for them to know until the game session ends.

The second page of this ruleset, which according to the One Page RPG Jam can be used for variant rules and character sheets, contains the closest thing this TTRPG has to character sheets - an example of how characters are created, several examples of secrets that the royals can have, and a showcase of one way a GM could keep track of cards behind the GM screen. As for variant rules, the other side presents humble rules for playing a longer-term campaign with recurring characters and an ongoing plot.
